Waste To Energy Engineering & Integration

Graphene Canada develops projects with our clients and we leverage our engineering prowess, project management, procurement and construction partners to deliver complex turnkey plants that maximize WtE energy recovery while diverting waste from landfill.

Waste to Energy
We work to integrate other solutions like converters, power storage and harnessing solar energy to deliver sustainable green energy.

No two projects are the same, at Graphene Canada one of our strengths lies in the ability to bring together different technological solutions to deliver projects that meet the needs of the particular location. The solutions are based on blending proven technologies and innovation that will offer highest efficiency, quality while meeting net zero targets.

Site Identification & Needs Analysis

One of the first steps when constructing the basis for a project is a comprehensive needs analysis and identification of the site where facilities will be located.

Our engineering and special need analysis team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation starting with the vision and the scope of the outcome that the client envisions.

After the needs analysis is completed, Graphene Canada will review the best site location for where the facility will be built. Taking into consideration environmental impact, facility access, power grid location, community consultation.

Facility Design & Equipment Selection

Based on the Needs Analysis and Site Identification Graphene Canada starts the process of constructing the equipment list that best meets the needs of the particular project. Once the equipment has been assembled Graphene Canada works together with architects to design the facility. The facility design will take into account a number of factors including future expansion in needed.

Design | Build & Project Management

Once needs analysis, site identification, equipment selection and facility design has been approved by the client. The Graphene Canada Project Management Team will commence its mandate to bring the project to fruition. The projected will be deconstructed into phases that best manage project goals, equipment delivery, construction, testing and time management ensuring the project will be delivered on time and on budget.

Training, Maintenance & Ongoing Support

During the project delivery life cycle, Graphene Canada works closely with the client to onboard staff that will operate the facility. Graphene Canada will conduct necessary training to ensure that the staff can operate the facility effectively and efficiently. Part of the engagement, Graphene Canada will manage the facility for 3 years after which time it offers an option to continue managing the facility at an additional cost for the following 2 more years.
